I’m struggling because I’ve been trying to watch my portions, so I’ve been eating less during the day than I usually would. But I’ve been starving, even at 1500 calories, and I just binged after a great day of eating. But I was SO HUNGRY. How can I manage my portions and still eat enough? :/

I’m not doing the best lately because my self-esteem has practically gone to nothing. I’ve skipped every day of school this week because I just can’t be bothered. I don’t want to be fat anymore. I don’t want to be me. I want to be different and have the things I want.
Crying every single night like I have has taken a toll on me and I can’t take it anymore.
